We will accomplish our mission in three phases:
Hope Abides - In 2011 and 2012 we established partnerships with well-run orphanages to help with their priority needs. In exchange, they allowed us to document their best practices and establish good working relationships in preparation for our phase two work.
Hope Lifts - In 2013 and 2014 we took the lessons learned from the previous phase and reached out to struggling orphanages to assist with funding and operational improvements.
Hope Grows - This is our perpetual goal. To improve or expand the operations of our partner orphanages so they may increase the number of children they intake while maintaining a high quality of care.
