Jyoti’s father passed away (of AIDS) when she was very young. Her mother also passed away because of AIDS in June 2009. Jyothi (grade 1) joined the orphanage in May 2009 when her mother realized that she would not live much longer.
Jyothi is one of the most active girls at Sphoorti. She is very studious and active too. In the recent times, she is learning to sing and dance.
